Our non-resident medical membership plan includes the following:

• One in-person yearly exam with unlimited telehealth visits or emails (individual member annual costs). $1000/individual, $1500/ couple annually, $1800/ family of 3, and $100/ each additional family member.
• This plan is not available to island owners, residents, or island employees.
• Enrollment capped at 50 members
• Does not qualify for the upfront annual payment discount, and when this plan is paid in monthly installments, it will incur 10% administrative fee.
